Founding Partner
He founded ASA in February 2018 and is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He possess more than 12 years of vivid practical experience in the field of Audit, finance and business consultancy within depth experience of building practices, teams and organization. He has imbibed a culture of security, growth and experience amongst his team members to create an institution.
He has always believed that one must have a well-defined purpose to have a successful professional career. He has laid the foundation of ASA by way of maintaining a sustainably profitable firm, building a secure, distinctive and independent firm, providing a challenging and superior employment experience to attract, develop and retain best people and building a reputation for quality work and excellent service delivered through strong personal relationships.
In past he has an experience of over a decade with one of the largest multinational accounting and consulting firm Ernst & Young which has instilled within him the characteristics & virtues of being a thorough professional which has enabled to deliver the best of the services to his clients with utmost satisfaction.

Punit is a Partner with the Audit & Assurance Practice. He has over 5 years of experience with focus on financial statement audit and accounting advisory services.
Prior to joining ASA, Punit worked for over 4 years in Assurance practice, Mumbai with two large accounting and consulting firms KPMG and Chaturvedi & Shah.
His areas of expertise include Audits & Audit Support, Accounting Advisory Services for clients under Ind AS, IFRS & IGAAP.
His experience cuts across various industry sectors including Media, Entertainment & Technology.

Janak is a Partner with the Audit & Assurance Practice. He has over 5 years of experience with focus on financial statement audit and accounting advisory services.
Prior to joining ASA, Janak worked for over 5 years in Assurance practice, Mumbai with two large accounting and consulting firms KPMG and Grant Thornton.
His areas of expertise include Audits, Accounting Advisory Services for clients under Ind AS, IFRS & IGAAP & Virtual CFO Services.

Nikunj is a Partner with the Audit & Assurance Practice. He has over 5 years of experience with focus on audit and advisory.
Prior to joining ASA, Nikunj worked for over 2 years in Assurance practice, Mumbai with two large accounting and consulting firms KPMG and Chaturvedi & Shah.

Harsh is with the Audit & Assurance Practice and has over 4 years of experience.
He has previously worked with EY. His focus has been on financial statement audit, accounting advisory services & due diligence.
His areas of expertise include Due Diligence Accounting Advisory Services for clients under Ind AS, IFRS & IGAAP.
His experience cuts across various industry sectors including Media, Manufacturing & Service.
HARSH AGRAWAL
Business Partner
Shreya has 8 years of post qualification experience in Risk Consultancy. She has worked on internal audit, IFC compliance, SOX compliance, Process Improvement Reviews and SOP preparation in various industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Technology and Media.
She has experience in auditing processes like payroll, shared service finance function, expense, revenue recognition, capex procurement, agreement review, inventory replenishment, vendor and customer management and store operations.
Prior to joining Ashish Shah & Associates, Shreya has worked in Risk Consultancy function with KPMG, EY and British Petroleum.
